Scammed or stuck in a deal? How to get help

A deal went wrong
Open a thread in Deal Disputes titled Dispute: their username and include:

• a link to the sales thread or listing,
  
• screenshots of your conversation,
  
• the amount, the payment method and any transaction hashes,
  
• what was agreed and what happened.
  

The other member gets a chance to answer, then staff decide. Proven scammers are banned for good. False reports are punished too.

Reporting a post or a member
Use the report button on the post. For anything urgent, message a member of the team in Messages.

Account problems
Locked out, an appeal against a ban, a payment issue: open a thread in Official Support. Never post your password, and never give it to anyone, staff included.
