1.Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account. Features that involve credits, deposits, withdrawals, paid content, paid groups and channels, and raffles are only for adults who may lawfully take part in them where they live.

You may not use the Site if you are barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you, if you are subject to international sanctions, or if we have previously banned you.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Site, including buying, selling and taking part in raffles, is legal in your country.

2.Your account

One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal: you may not share, sell, rent or transfer them.

Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

The information you give us must be accurate. You may not impersonate any person, member, staff member or brand.

We may verify accounts (shown with a blue check) at our discretion. Staff accounts are verified automatically. Verification is not an endorsement of a member or a guarantee of their deals.

3.Rules and acceptable use

You agree to follow the Rules published on the Site, which form part of these Terms. In particular you will not post illegal content; harass, threaten or dox anyone; spam; scam or attempt to scam; distribute malware or phishing; sell stolen, cracked, leaked or illegally obtained goods; or attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to the Site or other members' accounts.

You will not use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to farm credits, rewards, referrals, raffles or reputation, or to manipulate votes, vouches or rankings.

4.Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you post (posts, threads, messages, images, listings and paid content). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute that content on and in connection with the Site for as long as it remains on the Site and for a reasonable time afterwards in backups.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

We may remove, hide or edit any content and close any thread at our discretion, including to enforce the Rules or comply with the law. We do not have to monitor content, but we may do so.

Private messages, group and channel chats are not public, but staff may review them to investigate reports, abuse, fraud or legal requests.

5.Marketplace and deals between members

The Site lets members offer and request goods and services. We are not a party to any deal between members, we do not own or inspect what is offered, and we do not guarantee the quality, legality, safety or delivery of anything listed.

Every seller is solely responsible for their listings and for complying with the law, including tax and consumer law. Every buyer is responsible for checking what they buy.

Middleman services may only be offered by members of the Trusted, Staff and Admin groups. Using a middleman reduces but does not remove risk. We are not liable for losses in deals between members, whether or not a middleman was used.

We may help members resolve disputes through the Deal Disputes forum, but any decision we take is a moderation decision, not a legal ruling, and we are not obliged to compensate anyone.

6.Credits

Credits are the Site's internal unit of account. For deposits and withdrawals, 100 credits correspond to 1 US dollar (1 credit = $0.01). Credits are not a currency, a bank deposit, an electronic money product or a security; they earn no interest and are not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme.

You can get credits by depositing cryptocurrency (see "Deposits"), by receiving them from other members (sales, paid groups and channels, paid content, tips, transfers), by winning raffles, and from referral and weekly rewards.

Your balance has two parts. Credits you deposited can be spent anywhere on the Site but cannot be withdrawn as such. Credits you earned from other members, from referrals, weekly rewards and raffle prizes are "withdrawable". When you spend, deposited credits are used first.

Credits have no value outside the Site except through a withdrawal processed under these Terms. You may not buy or sell credits outside the Site's own features.

Credits created by mistake (for example by a technical error) may be removed. If an error caused you a loss that is our fault, we will correct it.

7.Fees

Deposits and withdrawals carry no fee from us. Blockchain network fees and the payment processor's own fees may apply, as shown when you deposit or withdraw.

Every payment between members carries a fee, currently 10% of the amount, deducted from what the recipient receives. This applies to paid group and channel entries, paid content unlocks, tips, credit transfers and raffle ticket sales.

Payments to the Site itself, such as bumping or highlighting a thread, are charged in full.

Part of each fee funds referral rewards and the weekly rewards pool, as described on the Site. Fee rates and splits may change; the rate in force at the time of a payment applies to it.

8.Deposits

Deposits are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, OxaPay. Each member receives deposit addresses for the supported networks. Send only the coin and network shown for that address: funds sent on the wrong network, of an unsupported coin, or without a required memo may be lost and we cannot always recover them.

A deposit is credited after the network confirms it, at its US dollar value as reported by the payment processor. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

We may delay, hold or refuse a deposit that appears connected to fraud, stolen funds, sanctions or other illegal activity, and we may report it to the authorities where the law requires.

9.Withdrawals

You can withdraw your withdrawable credits in USDT on the networks offered on the Site, subject to the minimum amount shown there (currently 1,000 credits, US$10).

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by staff before they are sent, except for amounts we choose to process automatically. We may ask for information to confirm your identity or the origin of funds, and we may delay or refuse a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud, multi-accounting, abuse of rewards, chargebacks, security incidents, legal or sanctions concerns.

You are responsible for giving a correct address on the correct network. Payments sent to an address you provided cannot be reversed. A withdrawal that fails or that we reject is returned to your withdrawable balance.

Credits obtained in breach of these Terms or the Rules, including through multiple accounts, fraud or exploitation of bugs, may be removed and are not eligible for withdrawal.

10.Paid groups, channels and paid content

Members may charge credits for entry to their groups or channels and for unlocking content in their posts. The member who sets the price is solely responsible for what they offer and for it matching its description.

An entry or unlock is a one-time payment. Entries are not refunded if you leave or are removed from a group or channel. Content that has been unlocked stays available to its buyers; sellers may not remove sold paid blocks.

If paid content or a paid group is fraudulent or clearly does not match its description, staff may, after a report, remove it and refund buyers from the seller's balance.

11.Raffles

Members may run raffles in credits under the rules shown on the raffle pages. Raffles are drawn by a provably fair method that publishes a hash of a secret seed before tickets are sold and reveals the seed after the draw.

Raffles are void where prohibited by law. You may only take part if raffles of this kind are legal where you live. Free-entry raffles allow one entry per member.

A raffle with no tickets sold returns its prize to the host. Staff may cancel a raffle, in which case all tickets and the prize are refunded. Prizes won through multiple accounts or other abuse may be withheld.

12.Referrals and rewards

Members who invite others through their referral link receive a share of the fees on payments made by the members they invited, as described on the Site. Accounts created from the same connection as the inviter, or otherwise appearing to belong to the same person, do not count.

The weekly rewards pool is shared among the most appreciated members according to the criteria published on the Site, which are designed to exclude votes from new or fake accounts.

We may change, suspend or end any reward or referral programme at any time. Rewards obtained through abuse may be removed.

13.Upgrades and paid profile features

Upgrades and profile add-ons are paid with your credit balance, which is final once paid, or in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, OxaPay, in which case they are activated once payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

Time-limited upgrades last for the period shown at purchase. "Lifetime" upgrades and add-ons last for as long as the Site operates and your account remains in good standing.

Because they are digital services delivered immediately, upgrades are not refundable once activated, except where the law requires otherwise. If an upgrade is removed because your account is banned for breaking these Terms or the Rules, no refund is due.

14.Moderation, suspension and termination

We may warn you, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban your account, and remove your content if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms, the Rules or the law, or to protect the Site, its members or third parties.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a breach on your part, you may withdraw your withdrawable balance under the normal withdrawal process. If it is closed for fraud, multi-accounting or other serious abuse, credits obtained through that abuse are forfeited and we may keep information needed for legal purposes.

You may stop using the Site at any time and ask us to close your account by contacting admin@bratan.gg. Withdraw your withdrawable credits before doing so.

15.Third-party services

The Site relies on third parties, including payment processors (OxaPay), hosting providers and content delivery networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for their availability, fees or acts.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for them.

16.Intellectual property

The Site's name, logo, design, code and our own texts belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, write to admin@bratan.gg with the details and we will review it promptly.

17.Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content posted by members is accurate, legal or safe.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and you bear the risks of holding and transferring it.

18.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit or data, or for losses arising from deals between members, from third-party services, from blockchain networks or from your own mistakes (such as a wrong address or network).

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of the withdrawable balance in your account at the time of the claim and US$100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

19.Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or the Rules, your content, your deals with other members, or your breach of any law or third-party right.

20.Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may change, add or remove features, prices and fees. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Site. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

21.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Bratan.gg is established. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Courts with jurisdiction under that law will decide disputes, without depriving consumers of protections they have under the mandatory law of the country where they live.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
